How do you pray for sinners?
Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior.
1) Pray that God would open their hearts to believe the Gospel. 2) Pray that God would open their spiritual eyes and remove spiritual blindness so they can believe the Gospel. 3) Pray that all deception (personal belief system , philosophies, or logic that contradicts God's word) will be overcome.
In John 9:31, the Bible says, “Now we know that God does not hear sinners; but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does His will, He hears him.” Many have latched onto this statement as though it was an absolute truth – i.e., that God will NEVER hear a sinner's prayer.
It might sound simple, but we need to ask God for the blessings we need. Jesus taught, “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find” (Matthew 7:7). When you are sincerely striving to obey God's commandments, He will give you answers to your prayers, and you will be ready to receive them.
Loving Father, I humble before you, asking for your help in bringing my unsaved loved ones to you. They are caught up in the world of sin. Soften their hearts to understand that you've paid the full price for their sins by sacrificing your only son. All they have to do is accept the gift of your forgiveness.
Lord Jesus, I confess my sins and ask for your forgiveness. Please come into my heart as my Lord and Savior. Take complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and for answering my prayer.
Be willing to share your life with unbelievers (1 Thessalonians. 2:1-8). If we are going to reach unbelievers, we need to get to know them: where they live, shop, eat, recreate. Look for opportunities to relate with them where they are, instead of thinking they will come to us.
According to Psalms 14 and 53 the man who says there is no God is corrupt, is a liar, and never does good. It is no surprise that the Apostle Paul cites portions of these psalms in order to make his point that no human is righteous and that none seeks for God (Rom 3:10–12).
Still others repent of sin at their bedside after reading the Scriptures. God speaks to the sinner's heart no matter where we are. But there is only "One Way" to salvation, and that is through the Lord Jesus Christ (John 14:6).
The kindest person has sinned, making them a sinner. The one who has kept the 10 Commandments the best they could still has sinned, making them a sinner. The most religious person has sinned, making them a sinner. It is hard to comprehend but ALL have sinned, thus making them a sinner.
What does the Bible say about praying for the wicked?
The Bible tells us, “The Lord is far from the wicked, but He hears the prayer of the righteous” (Proverbs 15:29). Why is this? God is holy and His Spirit ultimate in goodness. He will have nothing to do with evil or wicked men.

Do Christians think praying can help a dead person get into heaven? Not exactly. All Christians believe that only God can determine whether a person belongs in heaven or in hell. Entreaties on behalf of the deceased can't sway God from what's right, but post-mortem praying does have other uses.
How do I accept Jesus as my Savior?
Salvation doesn't come from our good deeds or by doing anything special, it's a free gift from God just because He loves us so much. We need to turn away from our sins, believe that Jesus is God's Son and our Savior, and submit to Him as Lord of our lives. By doing so, we receive salvation and eternal life.
We receive salvation in Christ through repentance and faith. This means turning away from sinful ways (repentance) and turning to God (faith), trusting in Christ. Jesus will forgive your sins and set you on a path to life with Him. We cannot earn this right, it is His free gift.
Put simply, our salvation depends solely on the person and work of Jesus Christ. As we continue to trust in him, we will experience the power of the Holy Spirit at work in our lives to make us more like Jesus. When we see this happening, our assurance that we truly are one of God's children grows.

The religiously unaffiliated now make up just over one quarter of the U.S. population. While the Nones include agnostics and atheists, most people in this category retain a belief in God or some higher power. Many describe themselves as “spiritual but not religious,” or “SBNR,” as researchers refer to them.
Pope Francis assures atheists: You don't have to believe in God to go to heaven.
What God says to be right and wrong is steadfast, and without his direction humans would not have a foundation. It is possible to be good without believing in God, but we could not have morals if God did not exist.

Does God stop listening to your prayers?
But they remain unbelievers, and thus God has no obligation to listen to their prayers. If you have no desire to know God through prayer, examine yourself to see whether you are in the faith (see 2 Cor. 13:5). The desire to pray is hardwired into the soul of the believer.
Faith in seeking brings knowledge, wisdom, and light. I affirm that God does hear all our prayers; he loves us and seeks to communicate. We need to learn to ask the right questions and, in the things of God especially, seek to understand not to judge.

God has pronounced that the penalty of sin is spiritual death and separation from God in a place of judgment called hell: “For the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23). Jesus clearly taught that sinners were condemned in sin and would perish and go to hell if they didn't believe in Him as their Savior (John 3:16-18).
There is a difference between a sinner and a wicked man, even though a sinner can be termed wicked. For a sinner, doing evil or wickedness is his nature. It is natural for a sinner to do wrong, as he does not even see it as wrong. It is the believer who is being transformed by salvation that knows what is wrong.
A Prayer: Father God, thank You that I can cry out to You even when you seem distant from my troubles. Please save the wicked from their sins, causing them to see Christ in His glory and repent of their wickedness. And if they don't turn to You, bring justice on them in a way that will cause many to see and fear You.
"The Lord laughs at him, For He sees that his day is coming." The wicked come against the righteous, the poor, and needy as if they were to live forever. God laughs, he sees their coming destruction and says, "A little that a righteous man has is Better than the riches of many wicked."
He will come in power and glory, and when he does, he will “break the arm of the wicked” and “call his wickedness to account till you find none” (Psalm 10:15). Christ will have the last word over wickedness.

Can the unforgivable sin be forgiven?
Mark 3:28–30: "Truly I tell you, people will be forgiven for their sins and whatever blasphemies they utter; but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit can never have forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin—for they had said, "He has an unclean spirit.""

The Bible clearly teaches that the moment a person turns from his sin and trusts in Jesus to be forgiven of his sin, he is saved (Acts 2:37-41). He has passed from spiritual death to spiritual life (John 5:24) and has been declared not guilty in God's court of law (Rom 3:21-26).

— J.F.D. Rev. Graham: Only one sin that can't be forgiven is on God's list — and that is the sin of rejecting Him and refusing His offer of forgiveness and new life in Jesus Christ. This alone is the unforgivable sin, because it means we are saying that the Holy Spirit's witness about Jesus is a lie (see Luke 12:10).
That's how many times the Bible tells us we should forgive someone. Matthew 18: 21-22 21 Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?” 22 Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.
Is smoking a sin?
The Roman Catholic Church does not condemn smoking per se, but considers excessive smoking to be sinful, as described in the Catechism (CCC 2290): The virtue of temperance disposes us to avoid every kind of excess: the abuse of food, alcohol, tobacco, or medicine.
Everyone feels the urge to sin at some point in their life, but you can avoid that temptation by planning ahead, focusing on positive behaviors, and staying faithful. To prepare yourself for temptation, spend some time reflecting on your past and the personality traits that lead you to temptation.
A person can accept Jesus into their heart through prayer. In the prayer, they must confess their sin and ask God to forgive them, which is possible because of Jesus' death on the cross. Then, as an expression of faith, they must ask Jesus to graciously come into their life as Lord and Savior.
